From idea
to a finished software product.
We build MVPs, SaaS products and custom platforms for founders and companies — from the first concept through launch to long-term development.
You know the market. We build the product.
Few products fail because of the idea. They fail because nobody builds them. Chances are you recognise yourself in one of these three situations.
You have a product idea
You know your industry, your customers and the problem you want to solve. What's missing is the team that turns it into software.
You want to reach an MVP quickly
Instead of spending months building an in-house engineering team, you want to validate the idea with real users and paying customers first.
Your MVP works
The idea holds up and the first customers are on board. Now the product needs a foundation that can carry growth and continuous development.
Software products, not isolated pieces
We build complete products — interface, user accounts, roles, data and operations included. Not individual building blocks for someone else to assemble.
B2B SaaS products
Multi-tenant applications with subscriptions, roles and permissions — as a business model in their own right.
Web applications
Applications that cover a working process end to end instead of merely supporting it.
Customer platforms & portals
Interfaces where your customers do the work themselves: book, submit, manage, track.
Marketplaces & platforms
Bringing two sides of a market together — including matching, transactions and settlement.
Internal products
What you first need for yourself — and can later sell to other companies in your industry.
AI-enabled products
Applications where a model takes over a concrete step: reading documents, triaging requests, drafting content.
APIs and connections to existing systems are part of the job — as a component of your product, never as the point of it.
As little as possible. As much as necessary.
Not what is often sold under the name
A throwaway prototype
Something that works for a demo and has to be replaced after the first serious use.
The cheapest possible build
Price as the only criterion. You still pay twice — at the latest when it has to be rebuilt.
A collection of hacks
Tools clicked together that fall apart on the first real-world use case.
Software with an expiry date
A version that has to be rewritten from scratch immediately after validation.
The smallest version that holds
Smallest useful scope
Exactly what real users need to genuinely work with the product — and nothing beyond that.
Deliberate architectural decisions
We make the decisions that would be expensive to change later right at the start. Everything else is allowed to stay simple.
Lower initial investment
Less scope means less budget and a shorter path to the first real signal from the market.
A foundation that keeps growing
When the product works, we build on it — instead of tearing it down.
From the first sketch to a growing product
A process in which you can always see where your product stands. Launch is step five of six here — not the end.
- 01
Idea & goals
We get to know your business, your users, the problem and the outcome you want to achieve.
- 02
Product scope
We define what the MVP genuinely needs — and, just as importantly, what it does not.
- 03
UX & technical design
User flows, architecture and data model. The foundation everything else is built on.
- 04
Development
Iterative delivery with regular demos. You watch progress happen instead of waiting for it.
- 05
Launch
Production deployment, the first real users and the infrastructure to support them.
- 06
Iterate & scale
Real customer feedback decides what gets built next. This is where the product starts to grow.
After the MVP, the product is only getting started.
Successful products are never finished. You don't need to find another development team after launch — we stay responsible for your product for as long as you want us to.
Ongoing development & new features
What comes back from the market gets prioritised and built — continuously, not in separate closed projects.
Architecture & refactoring
The technical structure grows with the product instead of becoming the bottleneck.
Connections, when the product needs them
Payment, shipping, sign-in, accounting: if your product depends on external services, we take care of connecting them too.
Performance & scaling
When ten users become ten thousand, the technology carries it.
Operations & infrastructure
Deployment, monitoring and operational reliability so your product stays available.
Maintenance & support
Updates, security and a dedicated contact — years after launch as well.
A partner who understands your product
No platitudes — the things that actually make a difference in day-to-day collaboration.
Direct technical contact
No account manager between you and the people building your product. You talk to engineering directly.
Product, not tickets
We think in terms of your business goal and say so when a requirement doesn't serve the product. Nothing gets built blindly.
A clean technical foundation
The MVP is built so that a successful product can keep growing on top of it — without starting over.
Transparent development
Regular demos, clear priorities and a working version you can try out at any time.
From MVP to scale
The same partner stays with the product across its whole lifecycle. No knowledge lost in handovers.
Ownership
Your product, your source code. You stay independent — where operations and infrastructure live is your decision.

Discuss your product idea→What founders and companies ask us
We don't work with fixed MVP packages, because no two products are alike. The price is driven by scope, domain complexity and the number of integrations required. After the first conversation you'll get a solid estimate — including an honest answer on whether your idea can realistically be built within your budget.
That depends on the scope we define together. This is exactly why product scope is a step of its own: the more clearly bounded the first version is, the sooner it exists. We commit to a timeline once the scope is settled — not before.
A clear understanding of the problem and the audience is enough to start. You don't need a finished concept, a specification or designs. We work out the product definition together — that's part of the job, not a prerequisite for it.
No. You bring the knowledge about the market, the customers and the domain; we bring the technical side. We explain decisions so you can follow and support them without having to write code yourself.
Usually that's when it really begins. The first real users generate feedback, and that feedback shapes the next steps. We keep developing your product as a long-term partner rather than in separate closed projects.
You do. You receive full rights to the source code, which keeps you independent of us. Where the repository and infrastructure live is something we agree with you — we're happy to run the product for you, and it works just as well entirely on your own accounts. If you later want to continue with a different team, we hand everything over completely and documented.
Yes. Connecting to existing systems, third-party APIs or your current software landscape is a normal part of product development. We check early which interfaces exist and what they can do — this often has a significant impact on scope.
Yes. We review the code, the architecture and the operational setup and tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what should be replaced. From there we take over ongoing development — step by step, without your product standing still.
Tell us about your product
Briefly describe what you want to build and where you currently stand. You'll hear back with an honest assessment — not a boilerplate proposal.
Our promise
If we're not the right fit for what you have in mind, or the idea can't sensibly be built within your constraints, we'll tell you in the first conversation — instead of selling you a project.
Do you have a product idea?
Tell us what you want to build. We'll give you an honest assessment of feasibility, MVP scope and the most sensible next step.
